KAW PING & Co., CPAs (BWKP) was established in December, 1990. BWKP and our affiliated companies, Kaw Ping Financial Management Consultants Co., Ltd and Jiazhan Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., have around 30 employees altogether and several departments in charge of financial and tax Audit services, tax counseling, business registrations, Offshore Company establishment relevant affairs, account counseling and accounting system design. With our employees’ knowledge and expertise, we provide customers from industrial and business circles with comprehensive professional services.

“Farsighted with a stable development” has long been BWKP’s doctrine of sustainable development and reason for insisting on the professionalism of our team. To provide even better services and increase our offshore business opportunities, BWKP’s “Shanghai Office” was opened in August of 2006. The establishment of this office enabled us not only to successively extend our service network to mainland China and overseas regions, but also to build a good-sized and professional image that facilitates bilateral business activities. BWKP also established the JBS (Japanese Business Services) Department, which is equipped with professionals who speak fluent Japanese, to provide Japanese firms with investment and tax counseling services.

We have developed and adopted our auditing practice material; provided employees with professional, practical and regular trainings in order to cultivate exceptional professionals; and requested our employees to comply with code of ethics to maintain our fair, independent and unbiased position and to keep customer relevant information confidential. All of these are BWKP’s golden rules for providing professional services to customers.
